We are in a season that we must truly trust
the work of the Holy Spirit in us and for us!
He constantly leads, encourages and teaches us.

I was considering Romans 8:26-29 (AMP)
26 “So too the [Holy] Spirit comes to our aid
and bears us up in our weakness;
for we do not know what prayer to offer
nor how to offer it worthily as we ought,
but the Spirit Himself goes to meet our supplication
and pleads in our behalf with unspeakable yearnings
and groanings too deep for utterance.

27 And He Who searches the hearts of men
knows what is in the mind of the [Holy] Spirit
[what His intent is], because the Spirit intercedes
and pleads [before God] in behalf of the saints
according to and in harmony with God’s will.

28 We are assured and know that [God being a partner in their labor]
all things work together and are [fitting into a plan]
for good to and for those who love God and are called
according to [His] design and purpose.”

With God for us–in us–working through us…
all will work together for good!

Then verses Romans 8:31-32
31 “What then shall we say to [all] this?
If God is for us, who [can be] against us?
[Who can be our foe, if God is on our side?]

32 He who did not withhold or spare [even] His own Son
but gave Him up for us all, will He not also with Him
freely and graciously give us all [other] things?”

I stand in awe at generosity of God–He is the greatest Giver!

As I considered these verses and meditated on them one morning…
the Holy Spirit painted a picture for me revealing
A rectangular wood table on 4 legs…very simple in design…
On the side of the table was carved–The King’s Table
Then I heard…
“Watch for what the Spirit places on the table.”

As I looked…a gold menorah came on the right side.
This was representing the menorah in the Holy place…
It burned not with candles, but wicks and pure oil.
Seven flames burning brightly—Giving full illumination
and representing the full counsel of the Word of God.
Now I understood the wood table was an altar!

More was added to the table.
I saw a simple wood cross placed in the center of the table.
Symbolic of His sacrifice–His victory–and our salvation.

To the left of the cross was placed a bowl of beautiful fruit.
It represented the fresh work of the Holy Spirit in our lives…

As I surveyed the table–
A stream of water came from the right and
the table was now standing a foot deep in the flowing stream…
I was told, “the waters flow from East to West”
They were flowing from Heaven to earth.
The Spirit said, “Many shall drink of these waters–
flowing waters–the river of God–The work of the Spirit.

Then I sensed a “guardianship” over this table–
a holy covering of angel’s wings–spread like a canopy.
I heard a question… “Who would put a table in a river stream?”
I heard the loud reply… “GOD!!!”

Then the Spirit said we could not partake of this table
without being willing to get into the waters–
letting go of the safe shoreline and trusting God.
Launching out by faith–hungry for Him and His table.

If we will desire Him and pursue Him…
If we will enter His waters…
Then the table will rise up and
those choosing the table will rise up with it.

We will sit in a higher places above the earth’s turmoil.
We will dine in peace with the King and hear His counsel.
In this hour of time–the Lord is looking
for those who will choose to come to Him.
Press into the waters of washing and refreshing…
They are life giving.

Draw near to Him for He will draw near to you.
Yield to the workings of the Holy Spirit…
Accept His invitation for full illumination,
the work of the cross and the abundant fruit of the Holy Spirit.
